① 법인의 설립자가 외국회사인 경우 (For corporate foreign investors)

 

–외국인투자기업등록증명서 Certificate of Foreign Invested Company Registration

–사업자등록증 Certificate of Business Registration

–파견명령서 Dispatch Order, Assignment Letter or Certificate of Employment( The period must be stated.)

※ 파견명령서는 본사 발행이 원칙. 지사에서 파견이 되는 경우에도 파견명령서는 외투기업등록증명서 상의 투자자 즉, 본사 발행을 원칙, 파견 기간을 반드시 명시한다. The dispatch order should be issued by the company headquarters. Even if an employee is dispatched from a branch, the dispatch order should be issued by the investor listed on the foreign invested company registration certificate (i.e. Headquarter). The dispatch period should be specified in the dispatch order.

–필수 전문인력 입증 서류: 학위증, 자격증(기술자), 경력증명서, 조직도 등. Documents certifying qualification as essential professional: diploma, qualification certificate, certificate of career experience, organizational chart, etc.

–법인납세사실증명원 Certificate of Tax Payment for corporate taxpayers

–결산서 중 손익계산서 Income statement

–법인등기부등본 Copy of corporation registration certificate

–사무실임대차계약서 Office Lease Contract

–여권-Passport, 신청서 Application Form

–여권사진 1매 A 3.5x4.5cm color photo

② 법인의 설립자가 외국인 개인인 경우(For individual foreign investors)

 

–외국인투자기업등록증명서 Certificate of Foreign Invested Company Registration

–사업자등록증 Certificate of Business Registration

–법인등기부등본 Copy of corporation registration certificate

–외국환매입증명서 Certificate of Foreign Exchange Purchase

–외화 타발송금거래 명세서(송금한 경우) Incoming Remittance Details

–외국환 신고필증 (휴대 반입한 경우) Declaration of Foreign Currency

–해당국 세관이나 관련 은행의 외화 반출 허가(신고)서 A document certifying that foreign currency outflow has been permitted by (or notified to )the applicable customs office or bank

–영업실적증명서류 Document certifying normal business operation

·법인납세증명원 Certificate of Tax Payment for corporate taxpayers

·결산서 중 손익계산서 Income Statement

·납세사실증명원 Certificate of Tax Payment

(①부가가치세 –Value Added Tax, ②소득세- Income Tax)

·부가가치세과세표준증명Certificate of tax base for value-added Tax

·수출신고필증(수출입면장) Certificate of Export Report

·수출대금회수 증명서류 A document certifying that export proceeds have been collected

→외화타발송금 계좌조회 Bank Translation Statement

B. 체류기간연장(Extension)
